<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal processing circuit, wherein digital control corresponding to analog PID control is achieved by combining a first filter performing moving average processing or the like and a second filter circuit performing low pass filtering or the like, and to provide a digital control circuit where this processing circuit is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: A digital signal processing circuit 11 is provided with: a moving average circuit 111A into which digital values X are input; a differentiation circuit 112 into which digital values are input and that performs differentiation; and an adder circuit 113 that generates a signal obtained by adding the output of the moving average circuit 111A and that of the differentiation circuit 112, and compensates a phase delay produced in the moving average circuit 111A with the output of the differentiation circuit 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
