The present invention relates to a vehicle safety fence having a reinforcement bracket and, more specifically, to the vehicle safety fence capable of preventing a support from falling to the outside of a road when a vehicle collides by including the reinforcement bracket on the ground and rotating only support regardless of reinforcement bracket to fit a combining hole combining a rail unit after the reinforcement bracket and the support are installed on the ground. The vehicle safety fence having the reinforcement bracket according to the present invention comprises: the support installed on the ground at constant intervals; the reinforcement bracket installed to surround the outer surface of the support and preventing the support from falling or being bent when the vehicle collides; and the rail unit connected to the support in a transverse direction.
