The present invention provides an actuator embedded variable oil pump comprising: a main body which consists of an inlet line for inhaling oil from an oil pan and a supply line for supplying the inhaled oil to the friction parts of an engine from the inlet line; an outer rotor which is installed to be rotated at the inner side of the main body and contains a support part protruding from one side; an inner rotor which is installed to be eccentric about the outer rotor and is rotated by being connected to a rotary shaft according to the rotation of an operation shaft; a first support spring which applies elastic force to the support part by being in contact with the support part; a second support spring in which one end is in contact with the inner side of the main body and a central shaft is arranged to be separated from the first support spring in alignment with the first support spring; a spring interval control part which is arranged between the fist support spring and second support spring and adjusts an interval between the fist support spring and second support spring; a rotation speed sensor which measures the rotation speed of the engine and outputs a signal corresponding to a measured value; and a control part which controls the spring interval control part by corresponding to the output value of the rotation speed sensor.
