A method of manufacturing a current sensor for a vehicle comprises a step of inserting connector terminals, molding a sensor body, having a space with an open front part, forming a fitting hole passing through a rear part, including a partition wall protruding from the fitting hole to the space and a guide part arranged around the partition wall, and molding the sensor body in the shape that the connector terminals are separated from the partition wall and arranged in the space; a step of including an extended bar extended from a clamping part, forming a post terminal made of conductive materials, and drawing out the extended bar by inserting the extended bar into the fitting hole; a step of including a hall element and a circuit board with connection terminals electrically connected to the hall element on a substrate base, arranging the hall element around the partition wall in the state of accommodating the substrate base in the space, and connecting the connection terminals and the connector terminals; a step of forming a shield member and inserting the shield member surrounding the partition wall into the guide part; a step of injecting filler into the space except for a limited space by the partition wall and forming a filling part by hardening the filler; and a step of forming a ground cable and combining the ground cable with the end part of the extended bar drawn out from the fitting hole.
