<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant maintenance technology which increases the reliability of maintenance plan. <P>SOLUTION: The plant maintenance supporting system includes the steps of: (a) creating maintenance plan which defines a method for working around plant maintenance, and then storing the maintenance plan in a computer; (b) performing the plant maintenance according to the stored maintenance plan, and when fault of the plant equipment is detected, creating maintenance-implementation result which shows the fault thereof and storing this result in the computer; (c) referring to the stored maintenance-implementation result, analyzing if the plant equipment's fault indicated thereby is caused by the defect of the maintenance plan, and then if determined so making the computer execute a processing which determines a study pattern of maintenance plan improvement; and (d) making the computer perform a processing which provides the determined study pattern of the maintenance plan improvement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
