摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for simultaneously aligning components, efficiently aligning many components at a time. <P>SOLUTION: This device 1 for simultaneous alignment includes: a hole-side member 20 having a plurality of alignment holes 22; a projection-side member 10 having a plurality of alignment projections 14 projected all over, and overlapping with the hole-side member 20 with the plurality of alignment projections 14 inserted into the plurality of alignment holes 22; a drive section 80 relatively moving the hole-side member 20 and the projection-side member 10; and a tray 2 mounting the components. With the portions of the plurality of components projecting from the tray 2 arranged in the alignment holes 22, the drive section 80 relatively moves the projection-side member 10 and hole-side member 20, and the inner surfaces of the alignment holes 22 and side surfaces of the alignment projections 14 abut on the side surfaces of the components.
