The present invention provides a battery cell assembly. The battery cell assembly includes a cooling fin including a rectangular aluminum plate, a tube and a flexible thermal conductivity sheet. The plate includes a first side and a second side. The tube is connected to the first side of the plate, and is extended on at least first, second and third peripheral edge portions of the plate. The flexible thermal conductivity sheet is located in the first side of the plate. The battery cell assembly further includes a battery cell located in facing with the flexible thermal conductivity sheet of the cooling fin. |
