FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making aircraft parts from composite material. Proposed method comprises the steps whereat mandrel (22) is made including sleeve (24) made in lengthwise direction and reinforcing inserts (26, 27) rigidly connected with sleeve ends (35, 40) to form rigid structure around mandrel (22) driven in lengthwise direction by machine (51) for weaving reinforcing fibers (53) to surround said mandrel all over its length to make one or several layers (23) of fiber braid to inject resin therein to be polymerised to ensure adhesion and rigid bonding between layers (23) of fiber braid and, at least, mandrel ends (35, 40) for making drawbar body with reinforced ends (28, 29). Every said end (28, 29) transverse bore 31, 32 is drilled to penetrate through fiber braid and insert (26, 27).EFFECT: high mechanical strength.7 cl, 11 dwg |
