<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit concentration of a high load on a network or equipment on the network to occur. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for setting assignment 10 includes: a setting assigning part 141 for executing processing about network setting assignment in accordance with a received message; a counting part 142 for recording a message processing state by the setting assigning part 141 as counting information 133; a storing part 13 for storing the counting information 133 and a policy 131 defining the grade of the message to be processed by the setting assigning part 141 for each classification; and a processing control part 143 for restricting the execution of the processing by the setting assigning part 141 for a fixed period on the basis of the policy 131 and the number of messages recorded in the counting information 133. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
