The convection braking device has a pipe section (10) for geodetic horizontal line of a heat carrier medium (M) and a barrier surface (19) within the pipe section (10). The barrier surface is formed by a flow element (20) with a deflecting surface. The deflecting surface is wound around a central axis of the pipe section with a winding angle of 90 degree and adjoin to the inner wall of the pipe section. A projection of the flow element in a plane lying perpendicular to the central axis comprises the entire cross-sectional area of the pipe section. An independent claim is included for a pipeline network with a heat accumulator. |
