The use of the scribing part of a wheel tip which has a possibility to cause a product malfunction is avoided. A processing system for scribing which enables the wheel tip installed on a scribing head to contact a glass substrate to move comprises: a means to recover a wheel tip management number from a code printed on a tip holder; a means to maintain the records of tip parameters which set the movement of the wheel tip during a scribing process; and a means to maintain recipe data for a recommended value for exchanging regarding scribing process information and tip parameters. When scribing a tempered glass, a weighting coefficient(K) is multiplied by the tip parameter of the wheel tip to maintain using log data. If the tip parameter is more than the recommended value for exchanging when processing the wheel tip in which a scribing code according to a recipe data selected by an inputting device is read, a notice for recommending the wheel tip to be exchanged is informed.
