The present invention relates to transmission techniques for minimizing data transmission delay time via a wired backbone network using a shared relay station (SRS) and comprises (a) a procedure for enabling two or more base stations (BS) to share one relay station (RS) and (b) a data transmission procedure using the two or more BS, terminals connected to each BS, and the RS when data and control information are transmitted using the RS. According to the present invention, the data transmission delay time compared to an existed cellular network is minimized by transmitting data, which is transmitted from the existed cellular network to a core network controller via the wired backbone network, to a wireless link, the BS, or the terminals via the SRS. |
