<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a switching timing of a resolution and a moving route of a camera, in a visual inspection machine for photographing a component, while changing the resolution when photographing using the camera. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection condition determination method for determining an inspection condition in the visual inspection machine for inspecting a mounting state of the component by photographing the component on a substrate with a plurality of resolutions, includes photographing region determination steps S2, S4 for determining at least one photographic region so as to include the component to be photographed with each resolution relative to each of the plurality of resolutions, whereas each resolution required, when photographing the component is determined, beforehand; and a route determination step S10 for determining the shortest route for making a round of the photographic region determined in the photographic region determination steps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
