The rotor shaft has a fixed conduit (16), which receives electrical conductors (18) and runs within a rotating rotor shaft (10). A transmission device (22) is partially arranged in the rotor shaft for electrical connection between fixed machine housing and a rotating rotor of the wind power plant. The transmission device has a fixed body (24) connected with the conduit and another body (28) rotating with the rotor shaft.
