摘要 |
The present invention relates to an optical coherence tomography (OCT) probe using PZT, more particularly, to an OCT probe using PZT which can obtain images having a scanning range expanded when a vibration body formed of a piezoelectric element is vibrated by sine waves, and which can minimize the vibration damping of the vibration body by optimizing the fixed position of a base for fixing the vibration body. The present invention provides the OCT probe using the PZT comprising: an outer case having an internal space at a predetermined length; the vibration body having a hollow body formed of the piezoelectric element at a predetermined length, and multiple electrodes arranged along the outer circumference of the body to connect cables so that the body can be vibrated by sinusoidal voltage; the base separated from the outer surface of the body by support members to surround the body, and fixed inside the case to fix the vibration body; an optical fiber arranged through the body to receive light reflected or scattered by a subject, and fixed by a ferrule inserted in one end of the body at a predetermined depth. |
