PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method injection-molding at a short cycle time even when a resin to be molded has a high heat deformation temperature. SOLUTION: The method relates to an injection molding method using a die equipped with a channel for a heating medium and a heat generator, and the method includes the following steps: (1) water vapor is supplied to the channel for a heating medium and heat is generated in the heat generator so as to heat a die; (2) supplement of water vapor is stopped when a temperature of the die reaches a range of 100°C to less than the heat deformation temperature of the resin, and at least one gas selected from the group consisting of air, nitrogen gas, argon gas, carbon dioxide gas and helium gas is flown into the channel for a heating medium so as to remove water vapor in the channel and then the channel is closed; (3) a resin is injected to a cavity when a temperature of the die reaches a range of a heat deformation temperature (HDT) to HDT+60°C; (4) heat generation of the heat generator is stopped; (5) water is flown into the channel for heating medium so as to cool the die; and (6) a molded article is taken out of the die.
