The present invention relates to a binocular vision transforming viewer, and more particularly, to a vision system which uses both eyes of a user and to the binocular vision transforming viewer which makes the user differently feels perspective by symmetrically transforming an incident angle of light projected onto a cornea and to the binocular vision transforming viewer which includes an image generation unit which is horizontally separated from the both eyes and arranged and sends an image to the face of the user; a pair of optical units which shape symmetry based on the center of the both eyes and have an incident plane in which image light generated from the image generation unit and a penetration plane in which the image light is penetrated; a rotation angle controller which changes the position so that a relative angle of each incident plane is changed with a vertical shaft as a rotation shaft which is perpendicular to a progress direction of the image light in the pair of optical units which shape symmetry; a distance controller capable of changing the position so that the optical units come close each other or are estranged each other while maintaining the relative angle of each incident plane in the pair of optical units; a housing in which the optical units, the rotation angle controller, and the distance controller are arranged.
