The present invention relates to a cylinder and a head set having an anti-wear function to be semi-permanently usable as well as to have excellent durability by forming the inner surface of the cylinder and the head set where abrasion occurs as a ceramic material in a predetermined form such that an abrasive phenomenon is nearly excluded, and a method for manufacuring the same, wherein the cylinder comprises: a cylindrical body having a penetration hole is formed thereon: and anti-wear member in a pipe shape which is inserted into and fixed to the penetration hole and which has a screw installation hole where the screw is equipped, and the anti-wear member is molded by sintering the ceramic.
