PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery with long life, while using a heat sealing type outer package with sufficient production efficiency, with a sealing port retained even if it is exposed under a temperature of ≥200°C, and with a reduced pressure state retained for a long time. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a power generation element 204 and outer packages 201, 202 housing the power generation element 204, and at least part of the outer packages 201, 202 is sealed through a sealing member 203.
