摘要 PURPOSE: A method for producing amorphous alloy powder by a gas spraying method is provided to maximize the cooling speed by optimizing the process condition, thereby producing the sphere shaped amorphous alloy powder having a sized of 50μm or less. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing amorphous alloy powder by a gas spraying method comprises the following steps of: forming molten metal by melting a raw material ingot comprising at least two kinds of metals selected from a group consisting of aluminum (Ag), silver (Ag), nickel (Ni), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), silicon (Si), titanium (Ti), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), zirconium (Zr), lanthanum (La), and yttrium (Y); tapping the formed molten metal in the first step from the heated crucible through a tube heated at the temperature of 150 to 1600°C; forming droplet by spraying the molten metal, which is tapped in the second step, at the supersonic speed through a jet nozzle by using a high pressure gas including 50 vol% or more of helium (He) gas; and producing powder by cooling the formed droplet in the third step.
