The present invention relates to an automatic welding carriage system of single rail method for grounding parts capable of automatically welding the grounding parts formed between two members upon assembly of a hull, and is characterized by; forming of the rack gear (11) on one side and of the linear guide (12) on the other side; and mounting of the magnets (21)(21') on the lower end of the single guide rail (10) with formation of the tilted guard rails (13)(13') on both sides of the upper part; and fixed installation of the support (20) with mounting of the slide (22); and coupling by the pinion gear (31), the guide rollers (32)(32') and the tension bars (33)(33') of the carriage (30) wherein a control box, a welding torch, a running motor, a weaving motor and a decelerator are loaded on the single guide rail (10). |
