Disclosed is a method for refining magnetic domains in an oriented electrical steel sheet. The method for refining the magnetic domains in the oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention comprises steps of: providing the electrical steel sheet before or after primary annealing; forming an inorganic membrane by spraying and drying inorganic slurry on the surface of the electrical steel sheet so as to increase laser absorption rate; forming grooves by irradiating continuous wave laser to the surface of the electrical steel sheet to melt the surface of the steel sheet; and drying the inorganic membrane after cleaning the inorganic membrane with water to remove spatters formed on the inorganic membrane when molten materials are scattered to form the grooves.
