The system (14) has a main fluid supply pipe (9) connected to a consuming equipment (13) by a secondary pipe (11), and a shut-off valve (15) cutting the main pipe. A small leak detection device (16) has a flow detector (17) for detecting small leakage of fluid and emitting a signal toward a control and management unit (21). A bypass valve (19) is controlled by the unit, and achieves opening and closing positions. The control and management unit establishes a state of global consumption, and a flow meter (25) provided on the secondary pipe emits a flow signal toward the management unit. |
