A prefabricated composite panel (1; 50) for the fitting of air-conditioning plants of buildings rooms comprising a laminar support structure (2; 51 ), suitable to be arranged close to an existing reference surface (R) of the room, and a hydraulic distribution system (3; 56), integrated into the laminar support structure (2; 51), suitable to be connected with a fluid distribution network in order to be run through by the fluid and thus air-condition the room.
