PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing microbe culture medium using fermented liquid of rice washed water is provided to reduce the price of a microbe culture medium which is used industrially by manufacturing microbe culture medium with fermentation of rice washed water and showing the usefulness in an outgrowth of microorganism used widely in industries. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing microbe culture medium using fermented liquid of rice washed water comprises (a) a step of obtaining fermented liquid of rice washed water; (b) a step of adjusting pH of fermented liquid of rice washed water; (c) a step of filtering the pH adjusted fermented liquid of rice washed water; and (d) a step of sterilizing the above-mentioned filtered fermented liquid of rice washed water.
