PURPOSE: A method for detecting a target material using an aptamer is provided to detect material of low molecule and to reduce detection cost using the cheap aptamer. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a target material using an aptamer comprises: a step of adding a sample containing the target material and a second aptamer in which specific labeling material is attached to a first aptamer which specifically binds to the target material; and a step of analyzing the labeling material to detect the target material. The sample is collected from water, blood, urine, tear, sweat, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, soil, air, food, waste, tissue of animal and plant. The target material is bisphenol A. |
