According to the present invention, the cooling device comprises a housing; a ball screw which is inserted into the housing and converts the rotational motion of a servo motor into the linear motion; a coupling assembly which is inserted between one end of the ball screw and the shaft of the servo motor and transfers power to the ball screw; a support bearing which is inserted between the housing and the ball screw and supports the ball screw; and a flange which is inserted between the support bearing and the housing and fixes the support bearing to an accurate position. A cooling fan which generates cooling air is installed in the coupling assembly in a body. A flange hole, in which the cooling air from the cooling fan flows, is formed in the flange. A housing hole connected to the flange hole is formed in the housing and discharges the cooling air to the outside. Thereby, the cooling device prevents the thermal deformation and damage of the support bearing by generating the cooling air when the cooling fan is rotated with the coupling and cooling the heat generated from the support bearing and the ball screw using the generated cooling air and maintains the positioning accuracy of the ball screw. |
