The present invention relates to a device and a method for supplying a constant voltage. The device for supplying a constant voltage comprises a voltage detector to confirm if the battery power of a vehicle is at a predetermined threshold value or higher, a booster converter to output the power of the vehicle inputted by raising the power, and a controller to control the booster converter to raise the power of the vehicle to be at the threshold value or higher when the power is lower than the threshold value. The output of the booster converter is supplied to a voltage converter which lowers the power of the vehicle based on the operation power of the electronic component of the vehicle and supplies the power to the electronic component.
