The invention relates to a module for projecting a beam, which includes a light source (1) provided with at least one light-emitting diode (2) capable of emitting light rays, and an optical element provided with a lens (5) projecting an image of the source (1) in order to produce the light beam. Said module comprises a means for rotating the optical element relative to the light source (1) so as to change the direction in which the beam is projected. A preferred use of module is in the field of selective lighting for motor vehicles.
