The present invention relates to a video advertisement service providing method for a mobile webpage using a striping technique. The method comprises the steps that a service providing server providing a video advertisement service for a mobile webpage: (1) makes a video advertisement for a mobile webpage into multiple divided files; (2) allow a user terminal to access the mobile webpage; (3) transmits a predetermined number of the divided files at every communication for loading the mobile webpage of the user terminal and storing the divided files in the user terminal; and (4) outputting the video advertisement to the user terminal when the entire divided files composing the video advertisement are stored in the user terminal.
