<p>The brake device (10) is associated by means of a support plate (11) to a toe-piece (1) of a ski attachment for alpine skiing, and interacts with lever means (4), provided in the toe-piece (1) and connected to a pair of jaws (2) suitable for blocking a ski boot. An oscillating element (12) is hinged to the plate (11) and is subjected to the action of elastic organs (13), and is mobile between a rest position (R) and a working position (L). The oscillating element (12) is provided with prongs (120) which, in the working position (L), project inferiorly of the ski such as to penetrate into the underlying snowy surface. Activating means (14) are connected to the lever means (4) and the oscillating element (12); the activating means (14) maintain the oscillating element (12) in the rest position (R) when the jaws (2) are in the hooked position (C), while it is freed in order to be able to flick-rotate towards the working position (L) when the jaws (2) move into the unhooked position (A).</p> |
