FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical staple suturing apparatus contains end effector. Surgical suturing apparatus can contain drive ratchet, which is connected with handle with hand drive. Drive ratchet contains ratchet body with drive cog, made with possibility of such interaction with drive rod that, when handle with hand drive is put in action, drive cog interacts with drive rod and forces drive rod to guide drive movements into elongated body, which has working connection with end effector. When end effector bears launching loading, which exceeds preliminarily specified value of launching load, drive cog moves with respect to ratchet body disconnect from drive rod, to prevent further transmission of drive movements into elongated body, even if handle with hand drive is continued to be put into action.EFFECT: construction improvement.9 cl, 123 dwg |
