The present invention relates to a method and a system for selecting an antenna using spatial correlation matrix projection in a correlated channel of a cognitive radio system using a multiantenna. In a method and a system for selecting an antenna in a cognitive radio system using a multiantenna, provided is a method for selecting an antenna comprising the following steps of: a linear type precoding step for using projection of a channel correlation matrix in a correlated channel, assigning power to a transmission signal, and performing beamforming using the projection of the channel correlation matrix; and an antenna selecting step for selecting an antenna for sending the transmission signal.
