The present invention is provided to prevent sweat by being simply installed on the rear portion of a safety helmet which a worker wears for the safety of a head portion of the worker in various kinds of industrial sites such as a construction site and continuously supplying wind to the back of the worker's neck; and to normally charge an internal lithium battery by connecting the fan with a PC via an USB socket or to supportively charge the lithium battery by the rotation of a driving motor of a blowing fan while the worker wears. |
