An acryl resin paint composition without surface treatment is disclosed. The acryl resin composition comprises: main materials having a hydroxyl group of a range of 20-140 and including 0.1-5.0 parts by weight of reactive silane based on 100 parts by weight of solvent type acrylic resin with a glass transition temperature of 0-40; and curing agents including polyisocyanate including an isocyanate group of 3-5 per a molecule and an organic solvent, wherein 30-45 weight% of the curing agent based on the total weight of the solvent type acrylic resin and reactive silane is included. Therefore, water resistance and weather resistant are excellent and flexibility and shock resistance are improved through the optimization of the glass transition temperature and degree of crosslinking. According to the application of the reactive silane, a siloxane bond with a tile surface can be given and cohesive property can be improved in various basis materials. .
