Provided is an adhesive tape (100) for molding a plastic lens and a method for molding a plastic lens which prevent bubbles and white turbidity caused by adhesives from being generated in the plastic lens. The adhesive tape for molding the plastic lens is a structure in which an adhesion layer (20) is formed in one side of tape base material (10). The adhesion layer comprises adhesives which include a mixture consisting of 80-95 mass% of addition reaction type silicon gluing agents and 5-20 mass% of peroxide curing type silicon gluing agents as a main ingredient and are formed by mixing effective cross-linking agents in the addition reaction type silicon gluing agents. The adhesives including the mixture as the main ingredient is thermally treated so that the content of dimethylpolysiloxane of trimer to eicosamer is less than 4850 ��per 1 g of the adhesives.
