摘要 The present invention relates to a robot joint length varying device enabling smooth motions of a multi-joint robot by configuring the length of a robot joint of the multi-joint robot to be varied according to the motions of the robot. The present invention includes a pair of length adjusting frames; a shape memory member which is connected to the length adjusting frame and which reciprocating the length adjusting frames by the varied length according to a heat transfer; a pair of auxiliary length adjusting piece which is arranged between the length adjusting frames and of which a gap becomes wide and reduced by the reciprocating motions of the length adjusting frames; and an elastic member which provides a compressive force to restore the auxiliary length adjusting.
