PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a tile is provided to obtain an eco-friendly tile with excellent durability and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a tile comprises: a step of cutting natural stone in a predetermined size; a step of arranging the cut natural stone(10) in a flame(20); a step of adding cement mortar(30) into the flame; a step of vibrating the flame using high frequency vibrator for 5-10 minutes; and a step of curing the mixture of the natural stone and the cement mortar. The cement mortar contains cement, pea gravel, water, and waterproof solution. |
