The present invention relates to an electronic passport reading apparatus including a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag in which a traveler information is recorded. The electronic passport reading apparatus comprises: a first and a second antenna having a polygonal loop shape, being closely arranged on the same plane, and transmitting a radio frequency signal if a control signal is received; and a control unit transmitting the control signal alternately to the first and the second antenna at predetermined time intervals. A side of the second antenna facing the first antenna is separated from the plane as far as a predetermined distance. |
