A content evaluation system in a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a product information storage unit for storing information about each content product; a product ranking unit for ranking products using the information in the product information storage unit; and a provider ranking unit for ranking providers who supply the content using each product score computed by the product ranking unit. According to the desirable embodiment of the present invention, the content evaluation system is able to provide highly reliable ranking information about content and contend providers by reflecting various evaluation items. Therefore, the highly reliable ranking information is helpful for consumers to effectively buy a product and for content providers to develop a following product by using the racking information as feedback.
