The present invention relates to a folding door system capable of being doubly controlled by a showd which enables a folding door to be smoothly open by making door plates be out of the state of being straightly arranged by the operation of a showd when the folding door is open; and enables the folding door to be closed by making door plates be in the state being straightly arranged by the operation of the showd. A folding motor (10) is installed inward on the top surface of a first door plate (3) to expose a driving shaft of the folding motor (10) to the top surface. One end portion of a rod-shaped showd bar (20) is fixed to the driving shaft of the folding motor (10) so that the showd bar (20) is rotated. A pin (30) is fixed to make the showd bar (20) to be locked by one side of the top surface of a second door plate (4) hinge-joined to the first door plate (3) so that the showd bar (20) pushes the pin (30) by the folding motor (10).
