PURPOSE: A circular cold former is provided to improve productivity by obtaining two products through single pressure forming during one-time rotation of a crank shaft. CONSTITUTION: A circular cold former comprises a combined reel unit, a combined correcting roller unit, rotating rollers, a cutter, a circular transfer unit, and a punch unit(P11). Two wire rods are supplied from an external combined reel unit through the combined correcting roller unit, continuously transferred through the rotating rollers, passed through an upper transfer feed pipe(33) and a lower transfer feed pipe, and cut at a time by the cutter. Both ends of the wire rods are successively formed through a punch die of the circular transfer unit and a punch of the punch unit so that two products are completed through a single operation of the circular transfer unit and the punch unit. |
