An insulation material for a cryogenic liquid cargo hold is disclosed. The insulation material for a cryogenic liquid cargo hold of the present invention comprises: foam; and multiple glass bubbles which are mixed with the foam and solidified to form a complex body. The insulation material for a cryogenic liquid cargo hold according to an embodiment of the present invention improves the insulation performance and strength of a cryogenic liquid cargo hold by mixing polyurethane foam with the glass bubbles.
