The present invention relates to a foothold apparatus (100) for a platform comprising: multiple fixing pipes (110) which are fixed in one side of a platform (10), and which have an internal guide hole (111), respectively; movable rods (120) sliding into the guide holes (111); a pressing plate (130) fixed in the front surface of the movable rods (120) and pressed by a subway (20) reaching to the platform (10); and multiple foothold plates inserted on the outer circumference of the movable rods (120) in a gap (G) between the platform (10) and the subway (20) to prevent the feet of passengers from being fallen in the gap; and multiple springs (150) positioned between the foothold plates (140) to elastically slide the movable rods (120). The present invention guarantees the safety of the passengers during boarding by removing the gap between the platform and the subway, and extends service life by preventing damage since the foothold apparatus is elastically pressed by the subway reaching to the platform even though the gap between the platform and the subway is different at each boarding position. |
