摘要 The present invention relates to a rear-wheel driving device for a four-wheel driving electric vehicle, capable of relatively minimizing a driving power loss by transmitting power to a rear wheel by using a disconnector instead of a clutch after a motor speed synchronizes with the rotation speed of the rear wheel in a four-wheel drive. The present invention includes: a first motor which generates rotation power; an inner motor shaft which passes through the first motor and whose one end is connected to a second hub; a reduction gear group which is connected to the other end of the inner motor shaft; a differential device which includes a first differential gear which is connected to the inner motor shaft and a differential case which is connected to the reduction gear group; a disconnector shaft whose one end is connected to a second differential gear of the differential device and whose other end is connected to or disconnected from a first hub; a wheel speed sensor which senses a wheel rotation speed, a control unit which outputs a signal for connecting the disconnector shaft to the first hub when the wheel rotation speed is equal to the motor rotation speed by comparing the wheel rotation speed with the rotation speed of the first motor; a motor driving unit which is connected to the control unit; a second motor which is connected to the motor driving unit; a shift fork which is connected to the second motor; and a sleeve which is connected to the shift fork and connects or disconnects the disconnector shaft to or from the first hub.
