The present invention relates to size-adjustable Euro form which comprises tie insertion grooves in the outer side at regular intervals to be inserted with flat ties; a catching protrusion vertically protruding from the inner side to expose the front surface of a wooden flat plate and to support the left and right edges of the wooden flat plate; and both side vertical edges to face each other in parallel with pin assembly holes at regular intervals to be engaged with one end of the flat tie using a wedge pin.
