The invention relates to a machine and to a method for levelling, aligning and stabilising the track and compacting the ballast bed, producing controlled superelevations in order for the load applied when settling the track in the theoretical position thereof to be comprised within a predetermined range, operating in a continuous manner. For this purpose, the machine is made up of two bogies having driving capacity (2) and three control cabs: one at the front (3), one at the rear (4) and one at the centre (5). There are two tension carriages for measurement: one at the rear (10) and one at the front (6). The machine has a superelevation unit, in which the movement thereof relative to the rest of the machine is controlled by the total longitudinal cylinder (11). The alignment cylinders (18) generate a transverse movement in order to align the track. A stabilising unit is located behind said unit in the working direction (27), which stabilising unit is made up of two stabilising carriages (25 and 26). The georadar (28) is located at the front of the machine. Said structure makes it possible to achieve extremely effective and accurate levelling, alignment, compaction and stabilisation of the track. |
