MODULAR CONNECTOR AND METHOD

A modular tool for use in subterranean formations is disclosed. The modular tool comprises a first module, a second module, and one or more connectors for connecting the first and second modules. The one or more connectors are configured to pass drilling fluid between the first and second modules. The one or more connectors connect at least one flowline for flowing auxiliary fluid and at least one wire for transmitting power and/or data between the first and second modules. A system for drilling a wellbore and a method of assembling a downhole tool at a job site are also disclosed.
