The present invention relates to an integrated switchboard management system based on a mobile application and, more specifically, to an integrated switchboard management system based on a mobile application which can perform the integrated control (safety management, crime prevention, disaster prevention) of a switchboard, can perform a switchboard work more safely while efficiently managing access to an electric room, in which multiple important switchboards are installed, and access to the switchboard in a mobile environment, and can provide a manager with information about measurement and diagnosis, an event status, and an alarm through the mobile application by executing the thorough history management of safety education and access for workers through the mobile application in the mobile environment as well as a local integrated management device regardless of place in real time even in a remote place. According to the present invention, the integrated control (safety management, crime prevention, disaster prevention) of the switchboard can be performed and, particularly, the switchboard work can be performed more safely while efficiently managing access to the electric room, in which the multiple important switchboards are installed, and access to the switchboard in the mobile environment.
