<p>The present invention relates to a vertical lamp characteristic test device. The vertical lamp characteristic test device comprises a base; a base frame attached on the upper surface of the base; a driving means including multiple pulleys attached to the base frame vertically; multiple lamp mounting means connected to the driving means; and a test device controlling the driving means and the lamp mounting means and testing the characteristics of multiple lamps mounted on the lamp mounting means. The lamps can be tested in a small space during a short period of time because the characteristic test of a linear lamp is performed in a zigzag form.</p>
